I had the pleasure of working with Michael during my recent transaction purchasing an Allstate and Independent Insurance & Financial Services firm.

Michael managed my complete financing package his knowledge and relationships with prominent financing institutions was so helpful to me as a buyer allowing me to analyze the operations assessment.

The bottom line is Michael is responsive, involved and knowledgeable and most important he is just a sincerely nice guy to work with.

Michael Payne took excellent care of me, Robin Phillips. He did not quit, no matter the obstacles, until he obtained a rehab loan for my property. He is very professional, knowledgeable and tenacious. He followed up on every concern or issue, answered questions and found solutions. Michael provided excellent financial services and also demonstrated an interest in me and my well-being - he feels like a friend. I have not found anyone else to compare to Michael on any level.

Mike personally handled everything for us to get us the funding we needed when we had challenges with other institutions.
